Facing your fear

I keep saying it over and over, and it is very true. When you have issues arise and you want to run from them, it is actually the worst thing you can do, because it keeps you in a holding pattern. The same issue will arise repeatedly until you stop running from it.
Recently I have come face to face with old fears and I wanted nothing to do with them. After years of seeking my truth, I knew I had to face it head on. I did not enjoy being with the fear. I knew I had to feel it and let it be in my presence before it would move on. Like I’ve said before sometimes you don’t get to know why you have certain things that are not pleasant pop into your life, and sometimes you do. For me this issue was known, but I didn’t know why I had to endure it for so long. I just held the belief that when I got what it is the Universe wanted me to learn it would pass.

Today I can say with complete confidence that when you finally face your fears, the feeling of relief is so liberating.
Please never give up on having your true happiness, embrace everything with love and curiosity. You will see how miraculous your life can be.
For those who want to make changes in their lives but are frozen in fear of walking anywhere near their deepest, darkest fears, may they find strength and courage in reaching out and letting the Universe hold their hand and guide them through the tough times. May they be blessed with the curiosity to see what is on the other side of fear. May they feel the relief that comes with facing their fears.
